I don’t want to go for a walk tonight to the pub cos I’ve not stopped all day so I’m tired and don’t feel like being around people. so I got called miserable and rude

It is understandable that you may be feeling tired and overwhelmed however, do not stress/burn yourself out over it. Sometimes you need time to yourself, a break and rest. That does not make you any less of a person.
Take some time to rest and re-energise. Your feelings and valid.
Our bodies need rest, as well as our minds. Try doing something that you enjoy. Perhaps reading, listening to music, having a self-care day. Something that will ease your mind.
Once you have done this, hopefully you will feel better and re-energised.
