does anyone really hate cramps? im experiencing cramps right now and they suck so badly.

    i have chronic pelvic pain and omg im in tears most times bc of how much it hurts i would recommend a hot water bottle bc they relax the muscles. hugs ๐Ÿซ‚
    ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. ๐Ÿงธ

    I donโ€™t get cramps but I do have a condition for life that effects my tummy so as crazy as it sounds I find warm vimto through a straw really soothing for the pain

    I had severe bad cramps yesterday and it was painful, I feel your pain right now it's terrible isn't it?. Have you got paracetamol or a hot water bottle as those can help a bit. I often take paracetamol to ease the pain of cramps. Though oddly sometimes I can deal with it, it kind of depends on how bad they are. I hope your okay right now <3.
