From personal experience, I have tried using lavender pillow spray which does help to calm me a bit. Therapy could definitely help as well- as most of the time these things are psychological. I would also advise only using your bed for sleep etc. Keep your room as dark as possible. Do not use your bed for anything else- because your body cannot establish the difference between sleep and not sleep. Caffeine is a big thing too- try and limit at least 5 hours before you sleep.
