    i have had a psychatric referral made for myself from my cpn. i have a appt thursday with psychiatrist abt it. i think its a referral to a psychiatrist. nhs explain what a psychiatrist is. <3
    ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

    Hi @ellie2000 usually a referral means that a more specialist medical professional will be dealing with your needs. A psychiatrist will therefore have more experience around mental health etc. and will be able to help you :3
