When you reply to someone’s thread does it automatically subscribe you to get notifications from people who have also commented

I replied to someone’s thread and then I got an alert about a reply they go from someone else 🥲

    Sorry to hear it's not working for you @Rose113, these are the steps we'd take to help amend the notifications you're getting. I'm wondering if these notifications are coming up for any threads you have bookmarked or is it all of the ones you've been commenting on?
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Could also be that the person replying quoted a comment which tagged you. For some stupid reason it continues to tag the person and doesn't recognise that's it's a quote
