Hard night

:/ Just feel so defeated and lost, my head is so cloudy and feels crappy :s just having cuddles from Barney tonight. I’m exhausted and eyes just keep trying to close but keep fighting it cos if I go to bed in a bad state I’ll have multiple nightmares and then I’ll wake up feeling just as crap :/ my head is just a whirlwind of thoughts and crying so much
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    @Rose113 It sounds like you had a difficult night last night <3 I'm so sorry. Nightmares can be so tricky to deal with and it can feel really hard when sleep doesn't feel like it equals rest

    Just know we're all here to support you through it and if you need to talk. Did you manage to get some sleep at all later on?
