Making noodles, any recipe ideas? (Or any nice food recipes in general)

Hit me with your best noodle recipes if you have any, or can think of anything nice to put in them, I'm vegetarian but can use alternatives, so fire away!

    Hmm good question @Distraction :3 Personally I like to have some crushed nuts on the top - like peanuts or cashews for some extra crunch! Like a pad thai vibe. Chilli oil is good too if you like some heat!

    Sorry for the late response, but the BBC Good Foods' Crispy Chilli Beef recipe is one of my favs and goes great with noodles! 😋

    I have tried making it with fried tofu before and it is great. I use to make it alot in uni, so when i was trying to save money, i would just cut out the beef and use just veg. For me. the sauce is what makes the recipe. I love making extra sauce for the noodles, and adding in pineapple and broccoli!
