Are they supposed to sit back, let u purge with u sitting with thoughts
R they there to keep u happy or can they change the rules
It's not fair to let those who supposed to hav retired do their job. Wat can I do? If I feel I'm not getting anywhere? Myself
We went to Dr's today nd they sed 2 weeks.
Wat does option 2 do on 111?

    @ellie2000 hi it sounds like ur going through a very difficult time at the moment, it probably feels like ur being dismissed if ur carers aren't doing their best to care for u, which definitely shouldn't be happening! it may help if there's a way to speak to their boss/the company they work for? and i'm pretty sure option for 2 for 111 calls some mental health support for u to speak to if ur in a mental health crisis

    firstly I'm really sorry to hear that you are finding things difficult at the moment and I'm glad you have felt able to share how you are feeling with us. It might be helpful to speak with the company you have so they are aware that the support you are receiving at the minute isn't working how it should be, or if you think this might be difficult to do yourself could you ask someone else to advocate for you?.
    Option 2 on 111 call will put you through to a mental health professional in your area, if you feel you are unable to cope and are in need of urgent mental health support I would recommend contacting them as they could offer some support in the meantime of the doctors.
