help me

got what a horrible mistake i made . 1. i'm seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow 2 i got court in the afternoon 3 i started college and now i need to see if i can do 2 college courses or not i live in glasgow and cannot decide which is closer to me but um yeah . 3. i've not tried to kms or end up in a&e and 4 idk what's going to happen anymore also 5. i'm getting bullied telling the police not made any difference sadly and yeah now i need to go to bed .

That's a lot you're going through at the moment @kawtharjoudi12, I'm so sorry for all that's happening

I know it can be hard to open up when there's so much we're holding, so you've shown a lot of strength in reaching out here today.

How are you looking after yourself while you're going through all of this and how are you finding the support from your psychiatrist?
