    It certainly can be, emotional stress caused by traumatic events or disruptions in your normal routine can contribute to it as well as stress. It can also be due to a range of other things as well like your physical health, tiredness etc. It might be worth checking it out with your Dr to make sure everything is fine, if it is psychological there are things you can do to fix it x
