Hi @ellie2000 I am sorry you have been feeling this way recently. Remember you are never alone with what you are going through and we are here to listen. Do you feel comfortable sharing with us what brought these thoughts on?

@Orchid059 was bottling everything up. And I hav still of triggers do ppl do it on purpose? Like being called a service user which mean I'm a product not a human being. Someone bouncing a ball on carpet is a trigger. Too many ppl hav the same job role n life ppl expect u to it immediately I get very confused. N last week I was ready to explode. Thts why I asked 4 samaritans number last week. Y am I on the lookout all the time even though I know distractions?
    Wats the solution?

Hey @ellie2000 I can hear you have a lot going on at the moment and can understand how that would feel quite upsetting. Well done for reaching out and sharing with us <3
Sometimes people can do things without realising their actions may trigger us, and it's understandable that you may feel upset or confused after. You mentioned distractions - do you have any particular things you enjoy and find help you to feel calm and safe?
