I sleep with the telly on but i do try to limit the phone as i find that has way more of an impact than the telly.

I frequently think 'I'm gonna go to bed early tonight' and then find myself two hours later watching Youtube videos

Use my phone tell I can no longer keep my eyes open and then I put it down. Usually watch childhood shows just to decrease nightmares before falling asleep

I’m so bad with this. (She says at almost 4am 🤣) I do have a blue light filter on my phone but i dont know how much difference that makes. I don’t like just lying in the dark alone with my thoughts.

I always try to sometimes limit my usage with tech before bed but recently I have been doing such a bad job at it mostly because I am always watching Youtube shorts a lot before bed (mostly those satisfying videos I find them so so addictive). I used to read before bed a long time ago
but i don't know what happened now xd. I also need some background ambience sometimes because if I am in bed with nothing on sometimes my thoughts will also decide to party
