hi. I am experiencing high anxiety due to thoughts & i don’t know how to take this pain away or distressing thoughts. it really is so hard and distracting. i am trying so hard on not relapsing on self-harm. it hurts. 💔.

It seems like you've been dealing with very intense emotions and I'm sorry this is triggering self harm. Sharing your thoughts and feelings with other people is very powerful and I want to share some resources with you that I think might be helpful
-There’s an organisation called CALM which offers help, information and advice to anyone. They deal with issues such as abuse, bullying, mental health, relationships, suicide and self-harm. The CALM helpline is open everyday from 5pm-12am (midnight) on 0800 58 58 58. You can webchat with them via their website, and find out more about them at www.thecalmzone.net
The Mix also has its own messenger service
-Crisis Messenger text service provides free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you’re aged 25 or under, and are experiencing a personal crisis, are unable to cope and need support, you can text THEMIX to 85258. Their trained volunteer will introduce themselves, reflect on what you’ve said, and invite you to share at your own pace. You’ll text back and forth, only sharing what you feel comfortable with. They can deal issues such as Suicidal thoughts, abuse or assault, self-harm, bullying, relationship breakdown. You can find out more about it on our website here:

. shout took forever to respond so i fell asleep. just wanted someone to talk to and they always busy its fine though. hope i can keep myself safe & busy. only woke up & my minds racing.
