the reapeating as i struggle

i scream in fear
my heads echoing
louder and louder and louder
CRASH
i feel the silence around me as i go dizzy
unable to fight
it kicks in....
my eyes are closing
the whistling around me
my eyes open
confused and conflicted
i dont know what happened
its all silent....
