    Different therapists or therapy providers will approach this differently @ellie2000. Some will provide courses of therapy that are a specific length (e.g. 8 weeks), others will provide it for as long as you need it. If you're paying privately they'll usually do as many as you like.

    I'd recommend asking the organisation or the therapist directly :)
