    I’m not sure. If there’s a use by date of any kind on the packaging then I wouldn’t take it past that date because the chemical composition of the medication might be affected or different or something.

    @ellie2000 I'm not sure either but it's something you could check with your doctors, and for now I think @AnonymousToe has given really good advice.

    Hey @ellie2000, just piggy-backing off what has been said already but I'd definitely recommend checking the date on the packaging and only using mediation that is in date. As has been said already it is also a good idea to check in with your GP for some advice on your medications and what to use <3
