it would be helpful if you could let me know what happened to make you ask that question. Is it a general question or are you asking this in reference to a particular situation?
I'm sorry that you have to deal with someone who treated you so horribly, it must be very overwhelming.
I don't think that the gender of the bully matters much in this situation but if you need a space to talk openly about your experiences please don't hesitate to talk to us.
