    @ellie2000 It can be really difficult to stop thinking about things other people have said as we generally tend to hone in on the negatives rather than the positives. Have you thought about how being loud/outspoken can be a good strength to have? People will always hold opinions but sometimes it's best if we take them with a pinch of salt because what they think isn't necessarily relevant or right. Just because one person says something bad/judges you it doesn't mean everyone thinks like that, which can be really hard to accept as that's often what we jump to the conclusion of.

    You can't make everyone happy, so I would focus on helping yourself be happy, don't change yourself for others. I've often been told I'm too quiet and I need to speak more!
