'Group Chats' will be renamed 'Support Groups'

'Group Chats' will soon be renamed 'Support Groups'. 
The main reason we're doing this is to better describe the service.
'Group chat' is a little vague and doesn't accurately communicate what the service is, and it doesn't give the vibe The Mix is going for. It also sounds similar to 'webchat' (part of The Mix's 1-2-1 services).
We want group chats to be seen as a digital version of face-to-face support groups. They're a safe place to connect with people over shared experiences or trauma, where everyone is listened to, and where everyone gets their time to speak. At least, that's what we're aiming for.
The hope is for this mini-rebrand to help more people know what to expect from group chat.
Over the next few weeks, you'll start to see mentions of Group Chat on the website change to Support Groups. You'll also notice the mods changing the language they use.

We'll keep thinking about how we promote General Chat to make sure the purpose of it is clear to everybody. A few of you said that General Chat is a kind of support space for you because it can be used to relax and take your mind off what you're struggling with, so it might be something that people see differently. We'll see how it goes for now.
