    @Past User I think I figured it out, you do it just the same as uploading images using the attach image button, its just a video instead.

    I also have a question about uploading stuff. I have a few memes, gifs, images on my phone but I dont know where from, can I still upload them even if I'm not sure if I have permission?

    Oh, so the format of the video you're trying to upload cannot be read here I believe.
    If you're trying to upload a video from the web you could just provide a link to it instead. If it's from your device I'm not too sure how to change the format of videos so I can't really help. You could also find a different copy of the same video that may work.

    This is fine @JJLemon18, long as they're community safe. :) Memes and GIFs are pretty omnipresent online so I'd imagine copyright or sharing permissions don't really apply to them.

    With videos, I don't think you can upload and share them in posts (think the file sizes are too big), but as mentioned previously you can link out to them. If you want to share your own video, you could upload it to a third party video hosting site and then link to that. :)

    @Mike Ah so that's what it is. I would have expected it so say "file size too big" or something like that.
    I haven't actually uploaded any videos yet so I haven't tried it. Thanks for clarifying!
