For Eating Disorders Awareness Week, we’re collaborating with Beat , a charity that supports people struggling with an eating disorder and also those caring for someone with an eating disorder.

We'll be creating a video where helpline advisors will be answering questions to help anyone looking for support, particularly young men and their experiences of eating disorders.

If you'd like to have a question answered, you can post them below (they'll be kept anonymous in the video) or submit through our anonymous form.
Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

Great question @Morgan007! The video will be posted on Beat's Instagram page and then The Mix will re-share this on their stories on Instagram. :)
