Symptoms

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1 Just got here
Recently I've noticed that I've been getting easily sidetracked by random things and It's beginning to get in the way of school work and personal work. I've been wondering if this is a symptom of ADHD, or if it could possibly be a different condition I haven't considered yet.

Hi @Mitsu736Robi firstly welcome to the mix and well done for reaching out to the community that's really brave of you.

I'm hearing that you are noticing that you are becoming easily sidetracked and are wondering if this could be a symptom of ADHD. Thats sounds really difficult. If you are worried about these symptoms the best thing to do is speak to someone for example your GP. How would you feel about speaking to someone about this?
