It's been a funny year, for more reasons than we can go into in this post!

But as always, we've seen why this community is so incredible. Despite everything, you come together to support each other, have interesting and important conversations, and make this community a space where others feel safe enough to be truly vulnerable.

There's something really special about that, especially now when the research shows people are feeling increasingly lonely and disconnected. You're part of the solution and that's pretty cool.

YOU are the reason this community works and you make our jobs a genuine pleasure. Keep being awesome, and however your year was, we hope 2023 brings you good things. 😊
