I would just like to ask if there's anything that helps you whenever you're feeling low? This include partaking in a hobby - what do you enjoy doing? This can help you feel less stressed and more relaxed.
Here are a few more suggestions that may help:
- reading a good book
- watching a good movie or tv show
- going out for a walk for some fresh air and exercise
- writing all your feelings out in a journal
I really hope you feel better soon and that this helps
Sending hugs,
Kai
It's lovely to see that you are able to find some relief via knitting scarves and baby socks. A family member of mine used to knit baby items like these for the infants at the local maternity wards, this can be such a fulfilling and rewarding past-time. Perhaps this is something you could look into?
Though coping mechanisms are fantastic at helping us push along, how do you feel about looking into some longer-term support options? I'm curious as to whether you have considered counselling? I have seen some of your other posts and thought I would suggest the therapeutic services offered by Barnado's for those who have been affected by adoption: https://www.barnardos.org.uk/adopt/link-adoption-support-service

I understand you may feel apprehensive about looking into this, the prospect of discussing such sensitive feelings with others can be intimidating, but you've done a great job so far. You are deserving of support throughout these tough times.
Take care.
