    That sounds really frightening to be experiencing these nightmares every night @Past User <3 You've been really brave to share this with us and I'm hearing how worried you're feeling about them happening in real life. It's understandable to hear how you're feeling, it sounds as though things have been really tough in the past with your birth parents. Do you feel comfortable sharing more about your birth parents with us?

    You mentioned these nightmares are happening every night, that sounds really challenging to be going through right now. Do you know what might have triggered these nightmares to start happening?

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    @Past User It's okay to be feeling unsure, the community is a safe place you can always share what you're going through here. You can also use a spoiler to hide anything you might be worried about triggering others. We'll always let you know if it's against the community guidelines or you can drop us a PM to The Mix and we can help you create a post that can be shared on the community.

    That sounds tough your sister reading her file and learning about what happened to you both. It's understandable for this to be really difficult to be going through. We're all here for you anytime you'd like to talk <3
