Just wanted to say its perfectly okay to feel like this.

Its good that you are aware of the boundaries in your life and what you are comfortable to talk about or have others bring up in conversation. It might be the case that later in life, these topics become easier to discuss with others or have others talk about – but even if they don’t that is perfectly okay.

Whilst I haven’t gone through what you have, I can imagine it can be a challenging topic to talk about, so remember that you only have to discuss with others what you feel comfortable.

Remember that your feelings and personal boundaries are perfectly okay and valid and we are here to support you on the mix if you ever are feeling distressed etc.

    Sending hugs,
    Sinead :3
