  I don't know that particular metal band but the metal music genre for me has changed my life. It really makes me feel like I'm able to process emotions and helps relieve stress. I often feel happier listening to metal rather than just pop music. It isn't for everyone and it took me a while to get into because it's so different from the "normal" music.
  
  The metal community is also (mostly) amazing and they accept anyone and everyone. It gives people a safe place to just enjoy the music and connect with others. Metal heads are open about mental health and the community really cares about each other.
  
  Lot's of people hate modern day pop music because of it's lyrics and stuff being about sex and partying whereas in metal it's about getting through hard times and the lyrics have more depth and deep or dark meaning.
  
  Introverts can struggle to relate to mainstream lyrics about partying but find it meaningful to connect with other songs. Metal fans are some of the nicest and most understanding people which I never used to think until I tried it. I used to judge it before but now it's one of my favs. Metal music really changed my life for the better and it's judged too quickly by a lot of people. I have read many stories of metal saving people's lives when they had bad depression. 💗

  'in this moment' has interesting lyrics. 'arch enemy' is partly political
  singing metal stuff along with playing my keyboard makes me feel better
  if u listen to music close enough it can change ur way of thinking in a positive way.
