Is Group Chat Still on Tonight?.

Hi, I just wanted to ask if group chat is on tonight. I did see a message about it just now and it said it wasn't on. I did go on the group chat but there was no rooms open. I'm a little bit unsure. Also will chat be open tomorrow?.
