isit wrong to not hold back wat u say, if u want no oaps to run the place coz old methods and narcercists, is tht gd, is it gd to hav someone work with u someone young in thier proffession

    Hi @ellie2000 I think older people can have some good perspectives and experiences too, so maybe it’s not only negative to judge? Unless you know the people already of course
