    Looking back they never helped wen I needed it. They always supported the ones who I suffered abuse from. Wen I really really needed them, they supposedly wasn't there. And once wen one of them answered the phone, I heard my 1 say 'tell her I'm not here' and then I cried down the phone.
    Shall I call them w__kers. Wen I tlk to them?

    That sounds horrible @ellie2000 You should definitely be allowed to tell them how you feel. Perhaps you could try doing in it a constructive way like maybe telling them how they made you feel and what you wished they’d done instead
