Is it just me or am I the only person that cries basically everyday?

Crying may occur when we feel “uncomfortable” feelings! But what we need to accept is that there should be no uncomfortable feelings - our emotions are powerful tools are body uses to communicate with ourselves! Sometimes we need a good cry - which is okay - its a release of feelings! When I feel overwhelmed I like to write down how I’m feeling and rip up the paper when I’m done - Its a way of releasing any feelings without getting myself too upset. If you are feeling in a constant low mood and feel you may be struggling please reach out for help to a trusted adult or websites such as Samaritans! I hope this helps
