    Stress can cause a lot of physical responses from our body. Soiling may be one of them. Is there anything in particular you are stressed about that you would like to discuss?

    Talking about your stress may help you to understand it and hopefully reduce it :)

    house repairs n uncertain weather i'll move which i really want to atm, ppl in the past made me say no to moving, by there tactics

    I can hear how distressing it is to stay where you are at the moment, Ellie. You deserve to feel safe and comfortable where you live. It sounds like moving is something that is causing you a lot of conflicting feelings right now. You're incredibly brave to keep pushing through such intense feelings everyday Ellie, it's not easy.
