I'm so sorry that this is happening to you! I know it's easier said than done, but I wonder if you've tried some calming exercises. One that I've found really helpful is the 16 second breathing technique.
Breathe in for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Breathe out for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat as many times as you need.
Another one I've found helpful:
When you feel sad, anxious or angry think of a person, place or thing that you love. Squeeze your index finger and thumb together and imagine this thing. Whilst you're imagining it, take 10 deep, easy breaths in and out.
