Free InsightTimer meditation app with 100,000 free meditations

I just wanted to quickly recommend my favourite meditation app as someone who struggles to meditate! Insight Timer is great because you can pick how long you want to meditate for, for example if you only have 5 minutes before a class there's one to suit that. Also great if you have a specific worry for example you can have a guided mediation about anxiety or work stress. There is also music, sleep guided, yoga and talks on the app too! couldn't recommend it enough. It has helped me so so much especially on a down day I throw on a ten minute guided meditation about stress during my work break and feel so much lighter afterwards :)
