I have been reading poems to help me go to sleep. I found it soothing and it improved my sleep quality. I have been reading Diving into the Wreck recently, although I do not remember what I have read. Any recommendations of poems or poetry books that you have read?

Hey @Kate_20  It's great that you've found something to improve your sleep quality, I'm a fan of reading before bed too and find that it does help. Not a poetry connoisseur at all, but I'm a huge fan of Emily Brontë and her poetry in The Night is Darkening Round Me. Also, Kipling's If has some good, strong lines in it  x

Sadly today I had to return all the poetry books to the library because I need to move to a different city. The library told me that in the city I am going to live in there is no similar library. I think my sleep quality will suffer from now on.
