I've only been on fluoxetine for a little over a month now so I'm relatively new to this but I still want to offer my support.
Based on personal experiences, it's a trial and error. You'll find moments where old habits will show and relapse. And I understand how upsetting it is when it does happen, so sending lots of love and support.
While I can't offer you some helpful advice, I will say that through your struggles and difficult times, take time with yourself and cope through it like you did before.
