Tend to your mind like a garden

I would just like to share an analogy I have recently come across which is that our minds should be treated like a garden and should be tended to like a garden. Expanding on this, the analogy goes that we should protect, nurture and nourish our mind like we would a garden, which links to the mind as we should protect our minds from negative thoughts, weed through negative thoughts and limiting beliefs and nurture our minds with positivity.
“Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.” Benishek (2021)

I love this analogy, the mind is exactly like that of a garden - you can tend to it, or you can let it overgrow with weeds. The mind is a beautiful thing like that! Where is that quote from if you don't mind me asking?
