What do you mean? Is the whole body twitching?

Okay. I personally don't have a cat so forgive me if I'm wrong but it sounds like the cat is twitching or making jump-like movements with its body, I think it might be a normal thing? You know how us humans tend to move in our sleep? Maybe this is the cat equivalent.

If you're still worried then maybe you can contact a vet somehow?
