lockdown feeling

    I'm sorry to hear lockdown has been a tough time for you, I think it has for a lot of us.

    I feel like my mental health went really downhill in lockdown (especially the first lockdown) so you're definitely not alone in how you're feeling.

    lockdown has certainly had that effect on some people's mental health - I'm sorry to hear it has affected you :heart:

    perhaps the flashbacks are occurring more because we have more time to think in lockdown, less distractions. I am no expert though, this is just my take :blush: what helps you through these flashbacks ellie? :heart:
