A peer mentor is often someone older we can turn to for help and support, I know a lot of schools have peer mentor programs where older students offer help to younger students.

But if you’re talking about the mind charity then
you can also get peer support and peer mentors within the mental health system which are people who have been through the mental health system and have had very bad mental health. A peer mentor is someone higher up than a peer support. I’ve got a qualification in being a peer support worker and tbh idek the difference lol. I’m guessing just more responsibilities
