Should Brussel Sprouts be roasted or boiled?

A very important question for everyone as I have no idea what you are supposed to do when cooking brussel sprouts. What do you do?

    Boiled ... I mash them into my potatoes along with the broccoli so it looks like I ate my greens but really they’re just hiding  😂
