What does / did your town looks like during christmas?

Another silly question that my inner-child curiousity always wondering about, I hope this allowed

Due to personal reasons, telling where you live and uploading photos are completely unnecesarry. I do hope this goes well, but please tell me to delete this if this post is crossing the guidelines!

What year did your town looks the best? Was it in the past or present? And why? What was it look like during winter season?

For me, because I live in tropical country, everything is still the same even most shops are well decorated, except the christmas eve in cathedral and discount events at the mall. Both of these places usually very crowded there.

    What about you guys?

I lived in a small town so we normally started donating in November to help get the lights up (cause the council were spoilt sports)

It was beautifully decorated had blue lights strung up across the whole main road.
We had a Christmas carnival every year and the floats were Trac'ors lol could you get more cornish 🤣

The best year I can't remember the exact year now but it snowed and we never really got snow. It beautifully accented all the decorations :)
