Man my anxiety and depression is so bad 
I have a support group video chat tomorrow about managing anxiety so scared about it may have to have cam on oh gosh I hate having this 
any tips and advice ?

    That seems pretty counter-intuitive @pandalover200 if the thing that's supposed to help you manage your anxiety is causing your anxiety to spike. :confounded: Is it possible for you to take part in the group chat without your video on? If you can talk to whoever is running the group chat and explain things to them then hopefully they can work it all out for you.
