is there a fast way to minimize or get rid of pimples in a few days besides using Oxy, alcohol, and toothpaste(alcohol and toothpaste dries out zits, but mine are toxic!!!)?

    I was told that people who use hair spray, Gels etc, get alot of spots because when sleeping you swet which gets particles of the gels on your face which gives you spots and It is infact true! because I have stopped putting gel on my hair now and My spots have reduced dramatically! so if you use sprays then cut them out and see if it helps.. Or even cut down on the amount of the sprays you use.. :) Hope that helps.
