the mix councelling

ive applied for the mix counselling, but they've not called me yet... it was supposed to start at 12. how do i get in touch with my counsellor???? its a telephone counselling

    If you contact the mix counseling team by email, they might be able to look into this for you.

    Apologies for this @Past User, and @GreenTea is right. :3 The counselling service is run by a different team, so emailing them directly is the best thing to do: counselling@themix.org.uk

    I've also just moved this over to the Help Desk rather than Health & Wellbeing, which is more for people having conversations to get support. The Help Desk is best for questions like this. :3
