fit to work letter?

My manager has asked me to get a fit to work letter so I can go back to work..I'm kinda worried about it all honestly and praying I can get one. Does anyone have any experience with this? I disclosed to her briefly about my diagnosis and somewhat whats going on.

Is this "fit note" what you are referring to by the way? I just wanted to double check. If it is, it might be worth taking a quick look through the document I have linked. It describes how your doctor will assess your fitness work, the possible outcomes for the note and what they mean for your work. Let me know if that helped in anyway, I know it's a long document so I'd be happy to take a more in-depth look through it and send you what might be relevant to what you are going through if you wanted.
