Sometimes I find it hard to find distractions when I'm really struggling. Sometimes i find just a quick random chat with someone really helpful. 
I wanted to make this thread for anyone struggling and looking for a distraction,
If you want it share your distraction techniques as it could be helpful to others that would be great. If you need a 5 minute chat to calm down, then say! 

This is a safe space to find a distraction. This is not a general chitchat thread (you can find this ok the board else where 😂)

    Hey, when I need to distract myself I like to do something creative whilst watching TV, I find that helps distract me that most. At the minute I like knitting, drawing or playing animal crossing 😂 whilst watching TV ( at the minute I’m watching agents of shield and how I met you mother, would recommend lol) x
