Would this make more sense as a dedicated forum?

We've been thinking about whether this subforum would make more sense as a forum. Partly because it seems to be getting enough traffic to warrant its own dedicated forum, and also because a lot of the COVID stuff isn't just relevant to Health & Wellbeing and is arguably related to all parts of life.

That being said, the nature of a virus is that it's predominantly a health issue, so maybe a subforum is best. A subforum is also less physically visible than a full forum if you're using the tabular view (via the home page), which we understand a lot of folks might appreciate for self-care reasons.

What do you think?

All behaviour is a need trying to be met.

Yeah forum. I know i was one who was even against a subforum lol 😂. But that was before was on lockdown and stuff. Taking over our lives so not really way to avoid it
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

Although it looks like a lot of people would rather have the first option right now, we'll give an extra day (Monday) for people to vote before continuing with the popular choice :)

I think a forum of its own, as shaunie said its taken over our lives, its a big part of how we live just now so having it as its own forum makes sense 😊

I don’t really mind either way but a forum could be good because then people would know it’s not just for the health side of coronavirus and for all discussions about it.

Results were in, and the forum itself has been edited accordingly.
