Omggg i don’t know if im working christmas eve. Ive worked christmas eve every year. Now my dad is telling me its not even a bank hoilday so shouldnt be contracted to it. Now im so confused cause i never signed anything either to work it. But ive always worked it and i would never voluter to do thaT. I know some years would of been because of weekends. But last year wasnt a weekend it was a monday yet i still worked it and i never do over time. Im contracted to do bank hoilday so im confused. Ive not signed anything - ive signed boxing day but not every bank hoilday i sign. 

Someone help me figure this out cause im too embarrassed to ring up and ask and i havw no friends from work to text. Why would i wokr on christmas eve last year if wasnt a bank hoilday omg so confusedp

    Christmans Eve is just like any other working day. It has no special status officially. 
    However many business' choose to close and many employers often let their employees go home early.
