    There are many things that we can do for fun, sports, creative activities etc and they can be really helpful and therapeutic at times.  <3

    Hiya,


    There's lots of hobbies for different people. I personally really enjoy swimming and reading (which probably aren't the most exciting things!)


    But is there anything you have always enjoyed? E.g. at school - were you in to art/drama/dancing? There's lots of clubs available for lots of different activities.
